Job Criteria – Marketing Event
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business or related field
Experience in event planning, roadshows, promotions, or exhibitions is an advantage
Interested in marketing, events, and retail promotions
Able to coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required (event-based)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage (to liaise with suppliers/customers)

Basic knowledge of administrative and office operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, basic reporting)
Able to handle documentation, filing, and data entry
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior admin experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome
Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage
