Finance and Account Manager
Join SpecVision, a growing optical retail group passionate about quality, innovation, and customer experience. We’re expanding our team and looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and strategic Account & Finance Manager to lead our finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
1) Finance & Reporting
-Prepare monthly financial and P&L reports by outlet.
-Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
-Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
2) Accounting Operations
-Supervise daily accounting tasks (data entry, AR/AP, bank reconciliation, inventory).
-Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.
-Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and authorities.
3) Compliance & Governance
-Ensure compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, SST, and local laws.
-Maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
-Oversee cash and inventory control systems.
4)Leadership & Training
-Supervise and guide accounting/admin staff.
-Train branch supervisors on basic financial management.
-Work with HR and Operations to control costs and improve efficiency.
5)System Improvement
-Enhance digital accounting systems (SQL/QNE).
-Develop financial dashboards and automate reporting.
-Recommend continuous process improvements.
