Vacancy: Import/Export Documentation Officer
Location: Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare, check, and process all import/export documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, COO, permits, etc.).
• Submit customs declarations through SMK / DagangNet / uCustoms systems.
• Ensure compliance with customs, port, and international trade regulations.
• Liaise with shipping lines, hauliers, forwarders, port and customs officers.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure smooth clearance and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and filing for audit and SST/GST reporting.
Requirements:
• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industry is an advantage.
• Familiar with SMK/DagangNet or customs declaration system preferred.
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Malay.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Employment Type:
Full-time
Salary Range:
RM 1,800 and above (depending on experience & qualifications)
