Logistics Officer (Shipment Monitoring)

Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor import and export shipments to ensure timely arrival and delivery.
• Track cargo movement with shipping lines, hauliers, and forwarders.
• Coordinate with port authorities, customs, and customers on shipment status.
• Handle any delays, discrepancies, or issues during transportation.
• Prepare and update shipment reports for management and clients.
• Support logistics team with related operational tasks.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
• Good problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Full-time
Salary Range:
RM 1,800 and above (depending on experience & qualifications)
