JAPANESE SPEAKING TOUR GUIDE (BASED IN BRUNEI)

Key Responsibilities
●Conduct engaging and informative tours in Japanese at Brunei’s key attractions, including cultural landmarks, mosques, and nature sites
●Provide accurate insights on Brunei’s history, culture, and Islamic practices
●Handle airport meet & greet, hotel check-ins, and departure arrangements
●Coordinate with drivers, hotels, restaurants, and internal teams to ensure smooth tour operations
●Ensure guests’ comfort, safety, and adherence to local customs and regulations
●Attend to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
●Accompany guests throughout their itinerary and maintain high service standards
●Prepare tour reports and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements
●Proficient in spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred)
●Good command of English; Bahasa Melayu is an added advantage
●Possess a valid Brunei Tour Guide License (or willing to obtain one)
●Knowledge of Brunei’s culture, history, and tourism attractions
●Strong interpersonal and communication skills
●Service-oriented, responsible, and culturally sensitive
●Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
●Prior experience in tourism or hospitality will be an advantage
