OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Job Scope:
● To coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth tour operations and service delivery.
● Support the scheduling of staff and boatmen, ensuring duties are properly assigned and managed.
● Work closely with the Inbound Operations team to coordinate group bookings, itineraries, and activities.
● To recruit, assess, and lead staff, while monitoring their performance to maintain a productive and professional work environment.
● To ensure company procedures, operational standards, and safety guidelines are adhered to.
● Monitor and identify any Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) issues, and report them promptly to ensure corrective actions are taken.
● Support the monitoring and coordination of maintenance for equipment, boats, vehicles, and facilities.
● To manage stock and equipment to ensure proper tracking and accountability.
● Identify operational issues and report them promptly to management to improve efficiency.
● Provide safety briefings to guests prior to tours and activities when required.
● To prepare operational updates and reports for management review.
Job Requirements:
● Previous experience in Supervising or Managing Accommodation premises/ Tourist Attraction/ Adventure Tourism premises required.
● HSE / Safety / First Aid certification is an advantage.
● Experience in tourism or hospitality, with prior roles in team lead will be an advantage.
● Good leadership and communication skills.
● Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
● Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
● Keen to work in outdoor/nature setting.
