VAL Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare all the application and documentation that related to Custom or any government organization that involved with company as requirements.
• Submission on application to Custom or other organization
• Daily transaction on non-FG shipment in shipment portal
• Perform a good filing of documentation for all related documents as policy requirements.
• To perform goods receiving and issuance to meet internal customer requirement.
• Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records.
• Performing weekly and monthly cycle count and system transaction.
• Monitor scrap weighing & scrap reporting.

Ad-Hoc (if any)
• Participate RoHS, Safety Awarenes, 6S activities
• Participate plant wide Physical Inventory activity
• Provide ideas and work counter parts in other sites on logistics & procurement system improvement

Requirements
• SPM with credit in Bahasa Melayu and English
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment relation to Logistic and Warehouse management.
• Computer literate and hand on knowledge in Microsoft Office including Excel, Words, Power Point and Outlook.
• Good in written and spoken of Bahasa Melayu and English
• Must have sense of responsibility and able to work under minimum supervision
• Ability to drive forklift and working on shift
• Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, company policy, government authorities and accepted safe work practices.
• Knowledge / trained in ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 45001, RBA and BCMS 22301 standards will be an added advantage
